• Capitalize on military base closures and the availability of new buildings.
• Meet with the prospective tenant in an interview format to explain
what the incubator has to offer the client. Ask the tenant to expain their
business and why they would like admission into the incubator.
• Have the prospective tenant complete an application.
• Review the business plan of the company (if one exists).
• Evaluate the application using the criteria list.
• Offer them entrance if they meet the criteria or explain to them why they were declined admittance into the incubator program.
