3) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the lowest quote received for Compton Park Landscape maintenance service.

4) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the lowest quote received for landscape maintenance services for Rapides Trail.

5) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the lowest quote received for landscape maintenance services for the assorted public facilities.

6) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Rapides Parish Clerk of Court for internet services for use by the Business Office.

14) Introduction of an ordinance rezoning a portion of a parcel on Willow Glen River Road near Aaron Street from “B-3” General Business district to “SF-2/MHO” Single-family/Mobile Home overlay district.

15) Introduction of an ordinance annexing approximately 2,915’ of LA 498 (England Drive) right of way from Browns Bend Road to the westernmost property line of Lot 3 Innis Plantation.

16) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Deirdre Fuller for legal services.

17) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Numa Metoyer, III for legal services.

18) RESOLUTION confirming the Mayor’s appointment of fifteen(15) members to serve on the Community Development Citizen Advisory committee.

19) RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to submit to HUD an amendment to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and to execute any and all documents necessary for the release of HUD’s Letter of Credit.

20) RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for two mobile generators for the Kisatchie Wellfield project.

21) RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for a Request for Proposals to enter into a professional services agreement for a Security Vulnerability Assessment for utility and other city facilities.

22) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for HVAC (air conditioning) renovations at the Bolton Avenue Community Center. Bids to be opened 6/13.

23)To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Bayou Crossing Drive at Bayou Robert drainage improvements. Bids to be opened 6/13.

24)To consider final adoption of an ordinance amending 2006/2007 capital budget for Convention Hall improvements.

25)To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to sign a lease agreement with the U.S. Corp of Engineers for lease of real property located at the Alexandria Industrial Park.

26)To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Schindler Elevator Corporation for maintenance of the elevator at the City Parking Garage.

27) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept donation of a 15’ wide utility servitude located on Lot 1 of the Lake District.

28)To consider final adoption of an ordinance annexing 27.25 acres located in Sections 26, 27 & 85, as requested by Laura Eskew and Wilfred Loewer and zoning said properties as described to “C-2” General Commercial district upon annexation.

29) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with Cenla Pride, Inc. d/b/a Keep Cenla Beautiful to improve the appearance of the City by combating litter on unkempt and dilapidated properties, public thoroughfares and parks.

30) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a written cooperative endeavor agreement with the Boys & Girls Club for youths to attend a summer program located at 1801 Sylvester Street. (COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT 6/20)

31) To consider final adoption of an ordinance revising and amending Chapter 28 of the City Code relating to miscellaneous subdivision and site development standards.(PUBLIC WORKS/ZONING:6/6:DELAY & 6/20)

33) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement for professional services between the City and Ann Wilson for recycling and litter abatement programs. (LEGAL 6/20)

34) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement for professional services between the City & Willis and Company Engineering and Surveying regarding improvements, management, operating changes to the Engineering department and Planning Division.
