There will be a Special City Council meeting on Tuesday, July 11, 2006 at 10:30 A.M. in the City Council Chambers to discuss the following:

1) To hear from the Attorneys concerning the pending litigation of the Cleco Lawsuit, AND

2) If necessary to consider an Executive Session to be held pursuant to R.S. 42:6.1 (A) (2) to discuss pending litigation in the matter “City of Alexandria vs. Cleco Corporation, et al” on the Docket of the U.S. District Court, Western District of Louisiana, Alexandria Division Civil Action Number 05-1121-A.
