1) Approval of minutes taken from meeting held 1/16.
2) Introduction of an ordinance for vehicle & equipment fuel. Bids to be opened 1/30.
3) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement for Economic Development with the Greater Alexandria Economic Development Authority to promote and sponsor the 2007 “Que’in on the Red” barbeque festival to be held March 23-24, 2007.
4) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Agreement for Professional Services with Malcolm Larvadain for legal services.
5) Introduction of an ordinance renewing the Professional Services Agreement with Hershel Lonidier for his services as a Right-of-Way Agent for the City.
6) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the purchase of a parcel containing approximately 13.7 acres of property from Ballina Farms situated adjacent to Tennyson Oaks Subdivision in the City for the Bayou Robert @ Landmark drainage project along with four temporary construction servitudes.
7) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the acceptance of donation of a utility servitude located in tracts of land owned by Charles B. Fine and J.W. Slocum situated adjacent to Acadian Village and between Third Street and the Red River.
8) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing acceptance of a donation of two (2) utility servitudes from Recycling Services located in South Alexandria Addition.
9) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing acceptance of subdivision plat for The Lake District, Brevard Court commercial subdivision development for Lots 1-5.
10) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing a special exception at 3726 S. MacArthur Drive for a Class “A” (high and low alcohol content) permit for use or consumption on the licensed premise for the operation of Half-Time Sports Bar-N-Grill.
11) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the lowest quote received for janitorial services for the cleaning of 35’ transit buses & passenger transit vans for the Bus department.
12) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the lowest quote received for janitorial services for the cleaning of the Main Street ATRANS Bus terminal for the Bus department.
13) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the lowest quote received for hot mix for a six month period for use by various city departments.
14) Introduction of an ordinance amending 2006/2007 operating budget to receive funds from Union Tank for the Fire department.
15) Introduction of an ordinance amending 2006/2007 operating budget to add a Secretary position in the Animal Shelter.
16) Introduction of an ordinance amending 2006/2007 operating budget to add ten police officers in the Police department.
17) Introduction of an ordinance amending 2006/2007 operating budget for the Alexandria Riverfront Center.

19) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for underground electric construction unit pricing.
20) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for overhead electric construction unit pricing.
21) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for plastic refuse bags. (REQUEST BIDS BE REJECTED AND AUTHORIZE RE-ADVERTISEMENT)
22) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing a special exception for 3143 Masonic Drive for a class “A” (high and low alcohol content permit) for use or consumption on the licensed premises for the operation of Big Rick’s Sports Bar.
23) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement via a Memorandum of Understanding between the LA Department of Agriculture & Forestry for sheltering of evacuated service animals and other animals in times of emergency or disaster.
24) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with St. Mary’s Residential Training School and/or other third parties concerning the 2nd annual Autism Conference and other matters associated to be held in Alexandria on January 26, 2007.
25) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Dana Pitcher Productions, Inc. for the promotion of a boxing tournament to be held in Alexandria on March 16, 2007.
26) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted from Merrick Construction Company for the reconstruction of Heyman Lane (Coliseum Boulevard to Castle Road), as reflected by bids received by Department of Transportation & Development.
27) To consider final adoption of an ordinance amending the budget for McDonald Street and drainage improvements, Phase 2.
