2) Introduction of an ordinance for underground electric construction unit pricing. Bids to be opened 3/13.

3) Introduction of an ordinance for plastic refuse bags. Bids to be opened 3/13.

4) Introduction of an ordinance amending Chapter 25, Traffic, by adding term definitions in Article 1B General, Section 1 and adding Article III, Sections 85.1 through 85.5, electronic enforcement to provide for the enforcement of certain traffic signal and speed limit violations by automated means and provide for penalties for traffic signal violations enforced by automated means.

5) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the lowest quote received for Electronic Staking & Work Order Management System for the Electric Distribution department.

6) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement by and between Keep LA Beautiful and the City to designate Karen Kelly as the responsible official for the grant.

7) Introduction of an ordinance suspending the enforcement of Section 26-85 (j), 26-26 (c), 26-83 (a) and Section 27-5.5 (4) of the City Code to residential utility penalty rates to adjust the rate to 0% effective immediately.(REFER TO UTILITY)

8) RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to submit the 2007 Action Plan to HUD and to execute any and all documents necessary for release of HUD’s Letter of Credit for CDBG and HOME Program funds. (COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT 3/13)

9) RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for four new ADA Compliant Cutaway Vans for ATRANS.

10) RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for St. Andrews Links Subdivision and Alexandria Links Golf Course CDR Fence.

11) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for McAdams Ditch drainage improvements, MacArthur Drive to existing vertical channel.

12) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for operating supplies for the Electric Distribution department.

13) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for construction & maintenance materials for various using departments.

14) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for trimming & removal of trees around high voltage lines for the Electric Distribution department.
15) To consider final adoption of an ordinance amending 2006/07 operating budget to receive Sam’s/Wal-Mart donation for Fire Prevention department.

16) To consider final adoption of an ordinance amending 2006/07 operating budget adding a Customer Service Representative position in the Customer Service department.

20) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the lowest quote received for hydrochloric acid for the Electric Production department.

21) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the lowest quote received for janitorial services for the Utility Billing & Collection Office located at 625 Murray Street.

22) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement for Tourism and Economic Development between the City of Alexandria, the Greater Alexandria Economic Development Authority and the England Economic and Industrial Development District, to provide for certain funding and to provide for related matters.

23) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the private sale of 7 acres to Petron, LLC pursuant to R.S. 33:4712 lying and situated in Rapides Parish and being more fully described as the northern most seven (7) acres of Tract “B” of the Alexandria Industrial Park. 24) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with B.R. Collins Construction for the development of single family affordable housing units. (PUBLIC WORKS 3/13)

25) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with Rapides Station Community Ministries for the development of single-family affordable housing units. (PUBLIC WORKS 3/13)

26) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor and Development Agreement between the City and Wal-Mart Louisiana, LLC. (PUBLIC WORKS 3/13)

27) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing acceptance of an additional 5’ wide utility servitude located in Lots 6, 7 & 8 of Yorktown Medical & Business Park. (PUBLIC WORKS 3/13)

29) To consider final adoption of an ordinance amending Chapter 26, Article V to amend Section 26-72 of the City Code pertaining to application for electrical service to provide for fees for extraordinary expenses in development. (UTILITY 3/13)

31) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the City to co-host the 2007 Pelican Council of Deliberation, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite of Free Masonry, 61st Reunion and State Grand Assembly Order of the 35th annual Convention to be held in Alexandria, March 23-25, 2007.
