1. To hear a report from the Administration concerning asphalt/concrete reconstruction.
2. To hear an update report from the Administration concerning the Fast Track Projects.
3. To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the lowest quote received from Green’s Park Service for Compton Park Landscape Maintenance for the Urban Forester Department.
Personnel/Insurance Committee Meeting at 3: 15 p.m. or immediately following
1. To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Professional Service Agreement with Kathy Sellers Johnson for certain services.
2. To hear an update report on employee vacancies.

1. To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Dr. Robert Smith to provide medical oversight of the Alexandria Fire Department Emergency Medical Services Program.

1. To hear from the Administration on electric distribution and transmissions for the City future growth.
Economic Development Committee at 4:30 p.m. or immediately following

To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the LA Department of Economic Development Small & Emergency Business Development program to provide market technical assistance relating to the growth of small businesses in this area.
2. To hear an update report from Bill Hess & Rod Noles on local economic development.
3. To discuss regionalizing transportation for Central LA Business Workforce.
4. To hear a report from the Administration concerning citywide economic development and activity corridors.
5. To discuss the Legislation concerning the TIF.
6. To discuss advertising for RFP’s for the Government Access Channel.
7. To discuss advertising for RFP’s for the upgrade of the Council Chambers.
