District 5, Mr. Fowler was elected to this position
a second time with no opposition. Currently, he
is Chairman of the Utility Committee and the A&E
Committee and serves on the Public Works/Zoning
Committee and the Personnel/Insurance Committee.
He is very active in civil affairs of the community
and the owner of Fowlco Printing Company. |

| He is currently serving his first
term on the Alexandria City Council as Councilman-At-Large.
He is a graduate of Natchitoches Central High
School and a graduate of Southern University.
He is married to Jane Johnson. He works for KALB-News
Channel 5 in Marketing & Production Assistant.
He serves on many council committees and is Chairman
of the Personnel/Insurance committee. He is very
active in the affairs of the community and serves
on many boards and organizations in the City. |

| Mr. Lawson represents Alexandria
as City Councilman-At-Large for the City of Alexandria.
This is his first-term. He is Chairman of the
Finance Committee and Chairman of the Economic
Development Committee. Mr. Lawson serves on the
Legal Committee, the Heart of Spain Committee
and the A&E Review Committee. He is an insurance
broker with State Farm Insurance and an active
citizen of community affairs. He previously served
the community as an elected member of the Rapides
Parish Police Jury and is a past commissioner
of the England Authority. |

| Mr. Marshall is an Alexandria native
and graduate of Peabody High School. He is beginning
his first term as Councilman for District 1. Mr.
Marshall serves as the Chairman of the Public
Safety/Transportation Committee and as Chairman
of the Community Development Committee. He also
serves on the Public Works/Zoning Committee, the
Personnel/Insurance Committee, the Utility Committee
and the A&E Review Committee. He is a past
president and founding member of the Bolton Avenue
Neighborhood Watch Group. He is past member of
Cenla Pride and the Executive Board of the Inner-City
Revitalization Corporation. Mr. Marshall is currently retired after
20 years in the United States Air Force. |
