The first call system is designed to:

•  Eliminate the problem of citizens being transferred multiple times before acquiring assistance
•  Respond to telephone inquiries consisting of complaints and requests for services and/or information and determine the appropriate department
•  Act as a liaison between citizens of Alexandria and the Mayor's Office and City Services
•  Code Officers will attend neighborhood meetings upon request.

• Traffic and Sign Shop
