D.E.A.R. is a national month long celebration of reading designed to remind people of all ages to make reading a priority activity in their lives. A nationwide celebration in honor of Beverly Cleary’s birthday in April. Cleary first wrote about D.E.A.R. in Ramona Quimby, age 8 and celebrates the love of reading. In addition we’re celebrating and honoring National Library week! What is more fun(damental) than reading! Cost: Free.

Individual Tax Forms, Tax Season. You can help make wishes come true by donating a portion or all of your Louisiana state income tax refund to Make-A-Wish Texas Gulf Coast and Louisiana.
