1) To consider an Executive Session for an update from the City Attorney authorizing the City Attorney to compromise and settle all claims in docket #249,351 Lavelle Tullis, Sr. et versus the City of Alexandria, et al, in the 9th Judicial District Court, Parish of Rapides and matters related thereto.
