These are the meetings scheduled to be held on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 in the City Council Chambers. All meetings shall begin at 4:00 p.m. unless otherwise designated.
Community Affairs, Services and Events Committee at
4:00 p.m.
- A presentation from the Executive Director of the Central Louisiana Coalition to Prevent Homelessness.
Utility Committee Meeting at 4:15 p.m. or immediately following
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance amending 2012-2013 operating budget for Engineering Tech II positions in the Utility Services department.
Finance and Legal Affairs Committee at 4:30 p.m. or immediately following
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance amending 2012-2013 operating budget for Mayoral Assistant positions.
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance amending 2012-2013 budget for Recreational Park improvements.
Please have your staff note the change in format for the committee meetings done in the compliance with R. S. 42.7. The Council has directed that the City Clerk may advise the public scheduling regarding committee meetings. It is always that the intention of the council to convene committee meetings at the conclusion of the prior committee meeting unless the chairman of the meeting may indicate otherwise for the convenience of the public. Have appropriate members from your Administration present for discussion.
