Dear Mayor:
This is the meetings scheduled to be held on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 in the City Council Chambers. All meetings shall begin at 4:30 p.m. unless otherwise designated.
Finance and Legal Affairs Committee Meeting at 4:30 p.m.
1) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a lease agreement with Xerox Corporation for a new Xerox 770 digital color press to replace existing color press for the Print Shop.
2) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a grant agreement with Inner-City Revitalization Corporation (IRC), for the development for single-family homeownership housing units.
Please have your staff note the change in format for the committee meetings done in the compliance with R. S. 42.7. The Council has directed that the City Clerk may advise the public scheduling regarding committee meetings. It is always that the intention of the council to convene committee meetings at the conclusion of the prior committee meeting unless the chairman of the meeting may indicate otherwise for the convenience of the public. Have appropriate members from your Administration present for discussion.
