4) Introduction of an ordinance for renovations of the Electrical Distribution department and warehouse. Bids to be opened 3/24.

6) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with GAEDA to promote and host the 2008 southwestern athletic conference (SWAC) tennis and golf tournaments, April 16-22, 2009.
7) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Elaine Simmons for legal services.

26) RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for operating chemicals for the Wastewater department.
