- Introduction of an ordinance for Llewellyn ditch drainage improvements for Phase II. Bids to be opened 6/29.
- Introduction of an ordinance for plastic refuse bags for a twelve month period. Bids to be opened 6/29.
- Introduction of an ordinance for treated wood poles for a twelve month period. Bids to be opened 6/29.
- Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract and ancillary agreements with Solid Resources for emergency debris management services. (A & E SELECTION RECOMMENDED)
- Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the surplus and deposit of surplus property, K-9 police dog “Arco”, in lieu of surplus sale or euthanization.

- Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a written Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with Linda Williams for the purpose of facilitating a community youth music program.
- Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a written Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with the Rapides Senior Citizens Center in support of a comprehensive program designed to assist area senior citizens.
- Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a written Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with Re-Entry solutions for the purpose of coordinating existing community resources and the development of needed resources to assist ex-offenders and local U.S. Veterans.
- Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with DPS-Financial Resources & Solutions for bookkeeping and tax services for the Alexandria Festival Association.
- Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Hammerman & Gainer for Risk Management Services.
- Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Enterprise Road sidewalk improvements. Bids to be opened 7/13.

- RESOLUTION memorializing the life of Bishop G.A. Mangun of The Pentecostals of Alexandria.
- RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for a minimum of five mid-size diesel buses for the Atrans Department.
- RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for sewer jet rodder body for the Wastewater department.
- RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for wire and cable for the Electric Distribution department.

- To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for annual contract requirements for Water and Wastewater system.
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for liquid chlorine for one ton cylinders for annual bid.
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for striping of public streets and other public properties.
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for various sizes of LED traffic signal lamp units. (ADMINISTRATION REQUESTS REJECTION & AUTHORIZE READVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS)
