1) Approval of minutes taken from a regular meeting held 4/16 and a special meeting held 4/17.
2) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Wooddale Outfall and Railroad Avenue drainage improvements. Bids to be opened 4/30.
3) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for roof replacement and exterior repairs for 2700 Lee Street, the former Handiworks Building. Bids to be opened 4/30.
4) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for underground electric construction unit pricing for the Electric Distribution department. Bids to be opened 4/30.
5) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with MGT of America, Inc., for cost allocation services.
6) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to sign an Act of Sale for the Martin Luther King, Jr., library property from the Rapides Parish Police Jury for the appraised value.
7) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with Joe Williams d/b/a The Pill Box to operate a pharmacy at the Martin Luther King Jr. library site.
8) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept a grant from the Louisiana Commission on Law Enforcement for laptop computers for the Alexandria Police Academy.
9) Introduction of an ordinance transferring the services, activities, and functions of the Recreation department of the Division of Public Works to the Division of the Community Services. (Public hearing to be held May 14 and Council will accept or reject on May 28 with a final vote)
10) RESOLUTION related to the Sugarhouse Road project, to authorize the City Attorney and the Legal Division to institute expropriation proceedings in the Ninth Judicial District Court regarding proposed takings of property and improvements from affected property owners; to declare a public purpose and recognize necessary property takings for the Sugarhouse Road project and improvements. (FINANCE AND LEGAL AFFAIRS 4/16: DELAY & 4/30)
11) RESOLUTION authorizing expenditures of funds for capital improvements in cooperation with an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Rapides Gravity Drainage District No. 1 relative to Hudson Boulevard drainage and improvements.
12) RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Edward “Ted” Roberts, III, Esq. to the Alexandria Fire and Police Civil Service Board.
13) RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for single phase padmount transformers for the Electric Distribution department.
14) RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for annual bid for 2014 model year vehicles.
15) RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for water meters for a twelve month period.
F. ORDINANCE FOR FINAL ADOPTION

16) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with Manna House.
17) To consider final adoption of an ordinance establishing a processing/convenience fee, dependent upon the processing fee established by various credit card companies on a yearly basis to be assessed by all City divisions/departments. (FINANCE AND LEGAL AFFAIRS 4/30)
