- F. CONSENT CALENDAR
1) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Bringhurst Par 3 Clubhouse Vinyl Siding. Bids to be opened May 13, 2014.
2) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for spun pre-stressed wood pole equivalent concrete poles for used by the Electric Distribution. Bids to be opened May 13, 2014.
3) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to surplus a 1986 Pierce Arrow Fire Engine and enter into a cooperative Endeavor agreement with the City of Pineville for the disposition of the 1986 Pierce Arrow Fire Engine pursuant to intergovernmental services laws.
4) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the lowest quote submitted by Beauford Enterprises dba Yankee Clipper for landscape maintenance services for Bolton Avenue Raingardens.
5) RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for annual contract for current model year or newer vehicles for various departments.
6) RESOLUTION confirming and reiterating policy for Council employees relative to sick leave and vacation time and authorizing such benefits thereunder.

7) To consider and take action with respect to adopting a resolution providing for canvassing the returns and declaring the result of the special election held in the City of Alexandria, State of Louisiana, on Saturday, May 3, 2014, to authorize the levy of a special tax therein.
- H. ORDINANCES FOR FINAL ADOPTION

8) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to renew the existing service contract with Schneider Electric USA, for the testing and maintenance of substation transformers, circuit breakers and related equipment for the Electric Distribution Department.
9) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the surplus and deposit of surplus property, K-9 police dog, “MAX”, in lieu of surplus sale or euthanasia.
10) To consider final adoption of an ordinance to authorize the Mayor to enter into a cooperative agreement with the Central Louisiana Community Foundation; providing for a lease and management agreement for the Coughlin-Saunders Performing Arts Center and otherwise providing with respect thereto.

11) Adopt the 2014 adjusted millage rate levied upon the dollar of the assessed value of all property subject to ad valorem taxation in the City of Alexandria. (FINANCE AND LEGAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE 5/13)
