1) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Port of Alexandria Rail Spur Rehabilitation. Bids to be opened August 5, 2014.
2) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for replacement of McNutt Water Feeder Main Phase 1. Bids to be opened August 5, 2014.
3) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for a minimum of one (1) Hydraulic Trash Loader Body to be mounted on a City of Alexandria owned Chassis Cab, for use by the Sanitation Department. Bids to be opened August 5, 2014.
4) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Water Meters for the Water Department for a twelve month period. Bids to be opened August 5, 2014.
5) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for a minimum of one (1) Rear Loading Refuse Truck, 25 CU YD Capacity for use by the Sanitation Department. Bids to be opened August 5, 2014.
6) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Floor Covering Replacement for Coughlin Saunders Performing Arts Center. Bids to be opened August 5, 2014.
7) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to renew the existing contract with Caplan’s Inc., for Work Uniforms for a twelve month period.
8) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to declare certain items of furniture, fixtures, equipment and vehicles as surplus and no longer needed or used by City Departments.
9) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to amend the 2014-2015 Operating Budget for positions in the Construction Development Department by deleting 1 Environmental Technician II Position and adding an Environmental Tech 1 Position.
10) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to renew the annual requirements contract for Water, Wastewater and Gas for a twelve month period.
11) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with Red River Waterway Commission for the Alexandria Levee Park Comfort Station.
12) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to renew the existing contract with Gasco Industries for Turn-Out Gear for a twelve month period.
13) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to amend the 2014-2015 operating budget for positions in the Electric Distribution Department by deleting 1 Electric Service Worker Position and adding 1 Electric Line Worker Senior Position.
14) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Lose and Associates to provide services related to the Recreation Summit.
15) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement between the City and various Consultants for General Appraisal Services and other matters with respect thereto.

17) RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for a 20 Cubic Yard Roll-Off Style Container Filter for Grit Removal for the Wastewater Department.
18) RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for Wire and Cable for the Electric Distribution Department.

25) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Fueling Station Upgrades.
26) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to amend the 2014/2015 Capital Budget for Highway 1 Water Storage Tank.
27) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a lease agreement with Xerox Corporation for a high volume production printer to be used in the Print Shop.
28) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Professional Service Agreement with USIC Locating Services, LLC for Utility Underground Facility Locating and Marketing.
29) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute Change Order No. 3 for Wooddale Outfall and Railroad Avenue Drainage Improvements Phase 2.
30) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Usona Development, LLC for the development and submittal for the City’s Five Year Consolidated Plan.
