1) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Petroleum Products. Bids to be opened September 30, 2014.
2) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for PCB and PCB Contaminated Equipment removal and disposal services for the Electric Distribution Department. Bids to be opened September 30, 2014.
3) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Hudson Boulevard Hynson Bayou Bridge Replacement. Bids to be opened September 30, 2014.
4) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Professional Service Agreement with Borrel Engineering, LLC for substation design and technical support services for the Electric Distribution Department.
5) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Professional Service Agreement with BHA, Inc. for Substation Design and Technical Support services for the Electric Distribution Department.
6) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Professional Service Agreement with Borrel Engineering, LLC for Transmission and Distribution Design and Technical Support Services for the Electric Distribution Department.

11) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for floating aerator assemblies for Wastewater Treatment Plant.
12) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for a 20 Cubic Yard Roll-off Style Container Filter for grit removal for the Wastewater Department.
13) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for wire and cable for the Electric Distribution Department.
14) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for treated wood poles for the Electric Distribution Department.

20) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with the Town of Boyce for the disposition of surplus property pursuant to the intergovernmental services laws.
21) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the lowest quote received for bulk hydrogen for the Electric Production Department.
22) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Plant N Power LLP regarding repairs and services to the boiler #3 at D. G. Hunter Power Plant and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
