FINANCE - $15 MILLION LIMITED TAX REVENUE BONDS

1) To consider adoption of a resolution providing for the tabulation of the sealed and electronic bids received for the purchase of $15,000,000 of Limited Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2008.

2) To consider adoption of a resolution accepting the lowest bid for the purchase of $15,000,000 of Limited Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2008.

FINANCE - $25 MILLION SALES TAX BONDS

3) To consider adoption of a resolution providing for the tabulation of the sealed and electronic bids received for the purchase of $25,000,000 of Sales Tax Bonds, Series 2008.

4) To consider adoption of a resolution accepting the lowest bid for the purchase of $25,000,000 of Sales Tax Bonds, Series 2008.

C. ANY OTHER BUSINESS WHICH BY UNANIMOUS CONSENT MAY PROPERLY COME BEFORE THE COUNCIL.
