PERSONS DESIRING TO ADDRESS THE COUNCIL SHALL INFORM THE PRESIDENT AT THE APPROPRIATE AGENDA ITEM.
- CALL TO ORDER
- ROLL CALL
1) To consider adoption of a resolution rescinding Resolution No. 9078-2012 concerning issuance of not to exceed ten million dollars taxable refunding Certificates of Indebtedness.
2) To consider adoption of a resolution giving preliminary approval to the issuance of not exceeding Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000) of Taxable Limited Tax Bonds, Series 2012, of the City of Alexandria, State of Louisiana for the purpose of refunding all or any portion of the City’s Taxable Refunding Certificates of Indebtedness, Series 1998 C; providing certain terms of said bonds; making application to the State Bond Commission for approval of said Bonds; and providing for other matters in connection therewith.
3) ANY OTHER BUSINESS WHICH BY UNANIMOUS CONSENT MAY PROPERLY COME BEFORE THE COUNCIL.
4) ADJOURNMENT.
