1) To adopt an emergency ordinance to authorize the Mayor to enter Into a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Alexandria and Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital to recognize the commitment from the hospital to provide indigent health care and to authorize the acceptance and acknowledgment of the City related thereto and to provide
for related matters.
C. ANY OTHER BUSINESS WHICH BY UNANIMOUS CONSENT MAY PROPERLY COME BEFORE THE COUNCIL.
