Special Session
PROCEEDINGS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALEXANDRIA, LOUISIANA, STATE OF LOUISIANA, TAKEN AT A SPECIAL MEETING HELD APRIL 8, 2013.
The Council of the City of Alexandria, Louisiana, met in special meeting session at its regular meeting place, on Monday, April 8, 2013 at 4:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers.
There were present the Honorable Chuck Fowler, Harry B. Silver, Ed Larvadain, Lee Rubin and Jim Villard. Absent were Jules Green and Mitzi LaSalle. Also present was Deputy City Clerk Donna Jones.
The Council of the City of Alexandria, State of Louisiana, was duly convened as the governing authority of said City by the Honorable Chuck Fowler, who stated that the Council was ready for the transaction of business.
On motion of Mr. Silver and seconded by Mr. Villard the following ordinance was introduced:
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
ENTER INTO A COOPERATIVE ENDEAVOR
AND FACILITY USE AGREEMENT WITH
ALEXANDRIA SPORTS EQUITIES, LLC AND
OTHER MATTERS WITH RESPECT THERETO.
Mr. Craig Brasfield and Mr. Barren Pearson were both present to introduce themselves to the Council.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting was adjourned.
