CONSENT CALENDAR
1) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the lowest proposal for the Transit Tire Lease for ATRANS
2) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the quote offering the highest discounted percentage off manufacturer’s suggested retail price for Safariland Brand Police Uniform Accessories.
3) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the quotes with the highest discounted price off the manufacturers suggested retail price for multiple brand names of hand-held equipment.
4) Introduction of an ordinance amending the Land Development Code of Ordinances Chapter 16 Parks, Recreation and Culture, Articles II and III and Chapter 28, Article 8 Section 4 changing the number of required members of the Alexandria Historic Preservation Commission from fifteen (15) members to seven (7) members.
5) RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to submit the 2016 Annual Plan to HUD and amend other associated plans.
6) RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for construction and maintenance materials for various departments.

20)To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a professional services agreement between the City of Alexandria and joint venture of the Law Firms of Herman, Herman, and Katz, LLC; Kenneth Carter Esq. and the Irprino Law Firm. 21)To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Central Louisiana Business Incubator Chiller replacement.
22) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Wastewater System Maintenance Painting, Sewer Clarifier Tanks and Citywide Plumbing Stations with Associated Work Phase I.
