Downtown Art Walk

Downtown Art Walk, Downtown Alexandria, 4-9p.m. Sponsored by Arts Council of Central Louisiana, City of Alexandria, AMoA and River Oaks Square Arts Center. Featuring local and regional artists displaying and selling their works with entertainment provided by local musicians.  Visit AMoA and River Oaks for their opening exhibits. ArtWalk, Alexandria Museum of Art, 4-9p.m.  Demonstrations by local artists whose work is featured in AMoA’s fabulous gift shop will take place in the alley between the Museum and Murray St. levee.  Museum exhibits open to public.  Admission free.  Call Sara Fuhrer:  443-3458.
