Annual Sugar Day Festival

Watch history come alive as you see how sugar was made in the mid 19th century. Watch a real blacksmith work the forge and basket weavers, wood carvers, candle and soap makers as they show how the daily items were made instead of purchased. Live music all day as well as a variety of handcrafted items for sale. Food vendors and kids activities, including face painting, crafts, petting zoo, pony rides and more. All kids’ activities are free. Free house tours. Come enjoy a beautiful fall day on the plantation.
