Musical and Spoken Word Performances, including open mic and featured performers are presented at AMoA, promoting the art of spoken word and self-expression by creating opportunities for poets. Hosted by Alexandria native, and champion slam poet, Sha’Condria Sibley, winner of the 2015 Texas Grand Slam and 2015 Rogue Roulette poetry competitions.
