-The Louisiana Campaign for Tobacco-Free Living (TFL) is hosting a Central Louisiana Vaping Town Hall on Thursday, February 20, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
This hybrid event will bring together community members and leaders from across Central Louisiana to address the growing youth vaping epidemic. One of TFL's primary goals is to prevent young people from initiating tobacco use. In Louisiana, vapes and cigarettes are often the first tobacco products tried by youth, with nearly 1 in 5 middle schoolers and almost 1 in 3 high schoolers currently vaping. TFL is committed to working alongside Louisiana communities to end youth vaping, protecting
the health of the next generation of leaders.
