An Ode to This Home (Body): Creation Station with Sha'Condria "iCon" Sibley

As I return home to Alexandria, it makes me recall the first and only true home I've ever known (outside of my mother's womb). However, we live in a society that tries to make us doubt the beauty, worth, and power of our "home", starting when we are even children. This workshop (or "creation station" as I would like to call it, because who really wants to work??) will include movement, mirror work, music, and making—all ways we will use as open roads to guide us back home.
Designed for participants 12 and over.
Tools Needed:
• pen/pencil
• paper/notebook
• mirror (or phone)
• open mind/imagination
• willingness to participate (would prefer only those willing to ACTIVELY participate)
• grace with yourself and each other
