1) Approval of minutes taken from a regular meeting held 5/1.
2) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Bolton Avenue core zone enhancements. Bids to be opened 5/15.
3) Introduction of an ordinance memorializing future budgetary policy for funding Risk Management.
4) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute a Master License Agreement for Citizen Service Request Management Software with Qscend Technologies, Inc.
5) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into Professional Services Agreements between the City and various surveying/engineering consultants to provide General Surveying Services.
6) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept and execute Change Order No. 2 for Central Louisiana Business Incubator kitchen build-out for Phase II project.
7) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a lease with Northwestern State University to house the Small Business Development Center at the Central Louisiana Business Incubator.
8) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with Community Senior Citizens Multipurpose Resource Center, Inc., (SAGE)
9) Introduction of an ordinance declaring certain discarded items as surplus property and sell these items at a public auction scheduled for Saturday, June 9, 2012.
10) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to renew the existing contract with CBS Cleaning Service for janitorial services at the Utility Customer Service Building
11) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the quote received from Grimes Industrial for rainwear for a twelve month period.
12) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to renew existing contract with Stars and Stripes Traffic Systems for striping of public streets and public properties.
13) RESOLUTION authorizing the City of Alexandria Water department to accept, maintain and operate the proposed water improvements for looping two dead ends on Ellis Street to Richard Avenue.
14) RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for Toria Drive Extension – Tot Drive to Ragan Drive.

15) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for three phase padmount transformers for use by the Electric Distribution department.
16) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for single phase padmount transformers for use by the Electric Distribution department.
17) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for single phase polemount transformers for use by the Electric Distribution department.
18) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for underground electric construction unit pricing for the Electric Distribution department.
19) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with Challenging Opportunities for Post-Secondary Education, Inc. to provide an annual summer enrichment program for youth.
