2) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the City Attorney to execute all documents necessary to settle all claims in the matter of Dual Construction v. City of Alexandria et al, Civil Action No. 10-CV-01039 United States District Court, Western District of Louisiana.
3) Introduction of an ordinance amending 2012-2013 operating budget for Storm Preparedness.
4) Introduction of an ordinance amending 2012-2013 operating budget for Risk Management in the Utility Division.
5) Introduction of an ordinance amending 2012-2013 capital budget for Lincoln Park improvements.
6) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute a Master Subscription Agreement with MSDS Online.
7) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Call Center (Jakes Building) roof replacement project. Bids to be opened 9/18.
8) RESOLUTION authorizing the acceptance of the Louisiana Compliance Questionnaire for audit year ending April 30, 2012.
9) RESOLUTION stating the City of Alexandria’s intent to accept, maintain and operate proposed Water and Wastewater improvements within Bocage Subdivision, Phase VI.
10) RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for renovations to the Main Computer Facility in City Hall.

11) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for a Crisis Communication system for use by Alexandria Police department. Bids to be opened 9/4.
12) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for brass fittings & miscellaneous items for a twelve month period.
13) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for hydraulic trash loader body to be mounted on the City’s chassis cab.
14) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for plastic refuse bags for a twelve month period.
15) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing Change Order No. 3 for Masonic Drive recreational district gateway and destination signage.
16) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing an amendment to Ordinance No. 148-2012 reducing the utility servitude from the full length and width of the revoked 50’ right of way to a utility servitude being 30’ wide.
17) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the proposal submitted by Louisiana Natural Gas Services for DOT Public Awareness Management Services.
18) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept proposal submitted by Meyer, Meyer, LaCroix & Hixson for preparation, design and construction observation of Hwy. 1 ground storage tank.
19) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept proposal submitted by Monceaux-Buller for the annual requirements contract for gas, water and wastewater departments.
20) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with Kent House Plantation to provide for the use of certain city facilities and services.

24) To consider final adoption of an ordinance providing for the incurring of debt and issuance, execution, negotiation, sale and delivery of not exceeding ten million dollars ($10,000,000) of Taxable Limited Tax Bonds, Series 2012 (the “Bonds”), of the City of Alexandria, State of Louisiana; prescribing the form, terms and conditions of the Bonds; designating the date, denomination and place of payment thereof in principal and interest; authorizing the agreement with the Paying Agent; and providing for other matters in connection therewith.
