1) Approval of minutes taken from regular meeting held 10/30.
2) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for cast/ductile iron & related accessories for a twelve month period. Bids to be opened 11/13.
3) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for operating supplies for the Wastewater department. Bids to be opened 11/13.
4) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for renovations to elevators at City Hall. Bids to be opened 11/13.
5) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for renovations to elevators at Customer Service Building. Bids to be opened 11/13.
6) Introduction of an ordinance amending 2012-2013 operating budget for positions in the police department.
7) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the acquisition of Parcel #728 required for the Sugarhouse Road drainage and improvement project.
8) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with the Alexandria Mardi Gras Association for support of the 2013 and 2014 Mardi Gras activities.
9) Introduction of an ordinance rezoning property located at 1744 Levin Street as requested by Walter Crooks, from “SF-2” Single Family moderate density district to “C-1” General commercial district to allow for commercial parking.
10) RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for electric meters for a twelve month period.
11) RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for gas meters for a twelve month period.
12) RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for water meters for a twelve month period.

13) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Call Center (Jakes Building) roof replacement project.
14) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Alexandria Zoo Children’s area building roof replacement and other mitigation work.
15) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for floating aerator assemblies for the Wastewater department.
16) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with AssureCo Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance to perform professional services related to City compliance with EPA Risk Management Program requirements.
