March 1:  Member Preview Reception and Artist Talks:  Ray Turner:  Population and Immersive Space, Alexandria Museum of Art, 6-8p.m.  Member Preview Reception and Artist Talks for new exhibitions, Ray Turner:  Population, featuring portrait paintings capturing communities throughout the U.S. as well as new portraits of individuals living in the Alexandria community, and Immersive Space, featuring entire room installations by three Louisiana artists, Shawn Hall, Lee Deigaard and Natchitoches native Colin O’Con.  Cost:  AMoA members’ free, non-members $4 adults, $3 seniors, students and military, $2 children 4-13.  Call Alyssa Fridgen:  443-3458.
