2) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for park signage improvements. Bids to be opened 5/14.
3) Introduction of an ordinance adding Section 7-28(d) to the City Code of Ordinances relative to minor electrical projects within the City.
4) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to renew an existing contract with Environmental Resources Management (ERM) for environmental engineering & consulting services for use by the Utility and Public Works Divisions.
5) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the acquisition of Parcel #724 required for the Sugarhouse Road drainage improvement project.
6) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the acquisition of Parcel #782 required for the Chatlin Lake Canal drainage improvement project.

21) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Wooddale Outfall and Railroad Avenue drainage improvements. Bids to be opened 5/14.
22) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for roof replacement and exterior repairs for 2700 Lee Street, the former Handiworks Building. Bids to be opened 5/14.
23) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for underground electric construction unit pricing for the Electric Distribution department.
24) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with MGT of America, Inc., for cost allocation services.
25) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept a grant from the Louisiana Commission on Law Enforcement for laptop computers for the Alexandria Police Academy.
