1) Approval of minutes taken from a regular meeting held 6/11.
2) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for liquid chlorine for one ton cylinders for Water and Wastewater departments. Bids to be opened 6/25.
3) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for three phase padmount transformers. Bids to be opened 6/25.
4) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Wilbert Sanders d/b/a Kingdom Security.
5) Introduction of an ordinance amending the grant agreement with Inner-City Revitalization Corporation for the development of two single-family homeownership housing units.
6) RESOLUTION authorizing the filing of an application with the Federal Transit Administration for the remaining balance of federal funds to complete full 2013 allocation for operating, planning, preventive maintenance and capital activities.
7) RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for the purchase of seven heavy duty dump trash trailers.
8) RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for the purchase of one rear loading refuse truck for the Sanitation department.

10) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for single phase padmount transformers for the Electric Distribution department.
11) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for annual bid for 2014 model year vehicles.
12) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for water meters for a twelve month period.
13) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept a grant from the LA Commission on Law Enforcement for the Domestic Violence Program.
14) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into lease agreements for City trolleys to provide for a fee schedule to be rented for private tours, etc.
15) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Meyer, Meyer, LaCroix & Hixson for preparation, design and construction for Shirley Park lift station replacement.
16) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the lowest proposals received for electric transmission & distribution emergency services for the Electric Distribution department.
17) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to renew existing contract with Control Devices, Inc., for testing, calibration and maintenance of substation relays, meters and related equipment for the Electric Distribution department.
18) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to renew existing contract with Garrett & Son, Inc., for transformer repairs, polemount & padmount for the Electric Distribution department.

27) To hold a public hearing on the cost of demolition of 21 residential structures.
28) To hold a public hearing on the condemnation of 29 residential structures.
I. ORDINANCE FOR INTRODUCTION
29) Introduction of an ordinance amending the fiscal 2013-2014 budget to add $100,000 from the Pre-Trial Intervention Fund to the General Fund and to authorize the Mayor to enter into agreements for vending and professional services related to the summer youth recreation program and matters related thereto.
