2) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Program “A” roadside open ditch closures – 2013 construction contracts. Bids to be opened 7/9.
3) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Program “B” roadside open ditch closures – 2013 construction contracts. Bids to be opened 7/9.
4) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Program “C” roadside open ditch closures – 2013 construction contracts. Bids to be opened 7/9.

F. ORDINANCES FOR FINAL ADOPTION

13) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for liquid chlorine for one ton cylinders for Water and Wastewater departments.
14) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for three phase padmount transformers.
15) To consider final adoption of an ordinance amending the grant agreement with Inner-City Revitalization Corporation for the development of two single-family homeownership housing units.
16) To consider final adoption of an ordinance amending the fiscal 2013-2014 budget to add $100,000 from the Pre-Trial Intervention Fund to the General Fund and to authorize the Mayor to enter into agreements for vending and professional services related to the summer youth recreation program and matters related thereto.

18) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing issuance of (i) up to Eleven Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($11,250,000.00) of Utilities Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2013A and (ii) up to Fourteen Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($14,750,000) of Taxable Utilities Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2013B, prescribing the form, terms and conditions of said Bonds, designating the date, denomination and place of payment of said Bonds; providing for the payment thereof in principal and interest; confirming the sale and delivery of the Bonds to the Underwriter; and providing for other matters in connection therewith.

G. RESOLUTION
19) To consider adoption of a resolution requesting the Mayor to prepare a proposal for further consideration by this Governing Authority to call an election to authorize a millage for recreation purposes, with the millage rate not to exceed the rate previously levied by the City to retire the bonds for the public safety complex; and providing for other matters in connection therewith.
