1) Approval of minutes taken from a regular meeting held 7/9.
2) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for automated photo-metric analyzer for Environmental Services department. Bids to be opened 7/23.
3) Introduction of an ordinance amending 2013-2014 operating budget to fund a one-time pay adjustment.
4) RESOLUTION accepting the Louisiana Compliance Questionnaire for audit year ending April 30, 2013.
5) RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for brass fittings & miscellaneous items for a twelve month period.
6) RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for plastic refuse bags for a twelve month period.
7) RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for the purchase of one three wheel broom street sweeper for the Street department.

8) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for gas meters for inventory at Central Warehouse.
9) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing revocation of a portion of a 10’ wide sanitary sewer servitude located in Lot K of the Lake District, Phase II, 2nd filing.
PUBLIC SAFETY, WORKS & TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE
10) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Program “A” roadside open ditch closures – 2013 construction contracts. Bids to be opened 7/23. (PUBLIC WORKS 7/23)
11) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Program “B” asphalt overlap – 2013 construction contracts. Bids to be opened 7/23. (PUBLIC WORKS 7/23)
12) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Program “C” concrete panel & sidewalk repair – 2013 construction contracts. Bids to be opened 7/23. (PUBLIC WORKS 7/23)

15) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing acquisition of Parcel #804 and Parcel #805 required for the Masonic Drive Phase II project. (FINANCE & LEGAL AFFAIRS 7/23)
16) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Wilbert Sanders d/b/a Kingdom Security. (FINANCE & LEGAL AFFAIRS 7/9: DELAY) (ADMINISTRATION REQUEST THIS ITEM TO BE PULLED)
17) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing issuance of (i) up to Eleven Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($11,250,000.00) of Utilities Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2013A and (ii) up to Fourteen Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($14,750,000) of Taxable Utilities Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2013B, prescribing the form, terms and conditions of said Bonds, designating the date, denomination and place of payment of said Bonds; providing for the payment thereof in principal and interest; confirming the sale and delivery of the Bonds to the Underwriter; and providing for other matters in connection therewith.
