Dear Mayor:
Finance and Legal Affairs Committee meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at 4:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers. The item(s) on the agenda:
1) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing issuance of (i) up to Eleven Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($11,250,000.00) of Utilities Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2013A and (ii) up to Fourteen Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($14,750,000) of Taxable Utilities Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2013B, prescribing the form, terms and conditions of said Bonds, designating the date, denomination and place of payment of said Bonds; providing for the payment thereof in principal and interest; confirming the sale and delivery of the Bonds to the Underwriter; and providing for other matters in connection therewith.
