Dear Mayor:

This is an addendum to the meetings scheduled to be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 in the City Council Chambers. All meeting shall begin at 4:00 P.M. unless otherwise designated.

A & E Selection Committee Meeting at 4:00 P.M.

1)  Design Professional for DOT Public Awareness Program Management Services.

Utility Committee Meeting at 4:15 P.M. or immediately following

1)  To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to renew the contract for professional services with GDS and Associates for professional and technical consulting services for the City’s combined utility system.

2)  To consider final adoption of an ordinances amending re-enacting Sections 26-24 (d), 26-62 (e), 26-84 (n), and 27.5-5 (5) relative to infrastructure Renewal Assessment charges.

3)  To consider final adopt of an ordinance amending and re-enacting Section 26084 (g) of the Code of ordinances relative to the electric energy cost adjustment formula.

Community Affair Services and Events Committee at 4:40 P.M. or immediately following

1)  To hear an update from the Administration concerning Channel 4.

Please have your staff note the change in format for the committee meetings done in compliance with R.S. 42.7. The scheduling regarding committee meetings it is always that the intention of the Council to convene committee meetings at the conclusion of the prior committee meeting unless the chairman of the meeting may indicate otherwise for the convenience of the public. Have appropriate members from your Administration present for discussion.
