These are the meetings scheduled to be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 in the City Council Chambers. All meetings shall begin at 4:14 P.M. unless otherwise designated.
Finance and Legal Affairs Committee at 4:15 P.M.
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with the Arna Bontemps African American Museum.
Property and Zoning Committee Meeting at 4:30 P.M. or immediately following
- To consider final adoption of an ordiancne denying the rezoning of property located at 2006 Airbase Road from “SF-2/MHO, single family moderate density with a mobile home overlay district to “C-1”. Limited commercial district to allow for a private commercial car wash.
Please have your stat note the change in format for the committee meeting done in compliance with R.S. 42.7. The scheduling regarding committee meetings it is always the intention of the Council to convene committee meetings at the conclusion of the prior committee meeting unless the chairman of the meeting may indicate otherwise for the convenience of the public. Have appropriate members from your Administration present for the discussion.
