A) RESOLUTION confirming Donna P. Jones as City Clerk for the City of Alexandria.
1) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a cooperative endeavor agreement with Girls Scout Troop 1021 for the use of Sylvester Street City facility to conduct monthly meetings.
2) Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to renew the existing contract for analytical testing services for the Lab Testing Department.
3) RESOLUTION setting a public hearing to be held October 28, 2014 for the condemnation of 13 structures.
4) RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Wade Tullos to the Alexandria Municipal Fire and Police Civil Service Board.
5) RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Alan Stokes to the Alexandria Municipal Fire and Police Civil Service Board.

6) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Petroleum Products.
7) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for wire and cable for the Electric Distribution Department.
8) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for plastic refuse bags for various departments.
9) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Hudson Boulevard Hynson Bayou Bridge Replacement.
10) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Professional Service Agreement with Borrel Engineering, LLC for Substation Design and Technical Support Services for the Electric Distribution Department.

17) To consider final adoption of an ordinance rezoning property located at 321 & 327 North 14th street described as lot 1 square 17, Welch addition, from “SF-2/MHO” Single Family Moderated Density with a Mobile Home Overlay District to a “MF-2” Multi-Family moderate density district in order to allow for Multi-family apartments to be located on a single lot.
