Dear Mayor:

        These are the meetings scheduled to be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 in the City Council Chambers.  All meetings shall begin at 4:00 p.m. unless otherwise designated.

Finance and Legal Affairs Committee at 4:00 P.M.

1)   To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor and the President of the City Council to enter into a contract with Payne, Moore and Herrington, LLP, Certified Public Accountants, regarding the annual independent post auditing services, and otherwise for the City of Alexandria according to the Home Rule Charter, Section 2-09.

Economic, Workforce and Planning Development Committee at 4:30 P.M. or immediately following

1)   To hear a report from the Administration concerning condemnation.

Please have your staff note the change in format for the committee meetings done in the compliance with R.S. 42.7.  The scheduling regarding committee meetings it is always that the intention of the Council to convene committee meetings at the conclusion of the prior committee meeting unless the chairman of the meeting may indicate otherwise for the convenience of the public.  Have appropriate members from your Administration present for discussion.
