- Approval of minutes taken from a regular meeting held 1/25.
- Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the quote received from Barney’s Police Supplies for police uniform accessories.
- RESOLUTION recognizing Mrs. June Peach for her leadership and dedicated service to the Central Louisiana area.
- RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for spun pre-stressed wood pole equivalent concrete poles for the Electric Distribution department.
F. ORDINANCES FOR FINAL ADOPTION SUBJECT TO PUBLIC HEARING - To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for two frequency drives for the Wastewater department.
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a written Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with Alexandria Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi to make provisions for the City’s youth to participate in the 2011 Kappa Basketball League.
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the quotes received from Loewer Power Sports and Randy’s One Shop for hand held equipment.
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the quote received from Heartland Automotive d/b/a Jiffy Lube for vehicle oil changes for the Public Safety division.
UTILITY COMMITTEE - To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to renew a Professional Services Agreement with GDS Associates, Inc. (UTILITY 2/8)
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the quote received from Square D by Schneider Electric for 138 kv substation equipment maintenance & testing for the Electric Distribution department. (UTILITY 2/8)
