Upgrades to Helen Black Park scheduled for Mid-December
On November 24th at 10:30 AM, Alexandria City Councilman Malcolm Larvadain will provide an update on upgrades to Helen Black Park in Alexandria City Council District I. Restrooms are scheduled to be added to the park by mid-December 2020.
Helen Black Park is located at North 15th Street and Ashley Avenue in North Alexandria.
