2. Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with UPS for temporary placement of “green pods” to facilitate bike delivery of Christmas rush packages in furtherance with joint City of Alexandria/private business green initiatives.
   
   
3. Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a written Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with Alexandria Mardi Gras Association in support of the 2011 Mardi Gras activities, for the public purpose of promoting Alexandria and enhancing the quality of family life.
   
   
4. Introduction of an ordinance authorizing Change Order No. 1 for Holman Boiler Works for the boiler tube repairs for Unit #3 project.
   
   
5. RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for operating chemicals for the Wastewater department.

6. To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for repairs of Highway 28 West sewer trunk mains.
   
   
7. To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for digger derrick truck for use by the Electric Distribution department. 
   
   
8. To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for repainting of D.G. Hunter Units 3 and 4 step-up transformers.  
   
   
9. To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for electric motor-driven valve actuators for the Wastewater department.  
   
   
10. To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for petroleum products for a twelve month period.  
    
    
11. To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Alexandria Police department to receive monies from the U.S. Department of Justice through the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office for a JAG award grant.
    
    
12. To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to renew the existing contract with American Interplex Corporation and Ana-Lab Corporation for analytical testing services for Lab Testing department.
    
    
13. To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to renew the existing contract with Transformer Disposal, Inc. for PCB & PCB contaminated equipment removal and disposal for the Electric Distribution department.
    
    
14. To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the quotes received for hardware & safety for a twelve month period.
    
    
15. To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the quotes received for wasp & hornet killer for a twelve month period.
    
    
16. To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor on behalf of the City of Alexandria to enter into a lease with Jensen Construction Company of a 0.5 acre tract or parcel of land and improvements located adjacent to and adjoining Tract C of Alexandria Industrial Park.
