Silk Painting as Community Builder

Alexandria Museum of Art, Art Room, 2^nd floor, 1-4p.m.  Sponsored by Arts & Healthcare, Inc. and AMoA.  Join Massachusetts based fiber artist, Nancy Katz in a hands-on collaborative workshop using silk painting to create community art.  Participants will be taken through a series of activities culminating in the creation of a communal wall hanging.
