City Offices Closed for Martin Luther King Jr. Day
Alexandria, La., (Jan. 15, 2020) — The City of Alexandria Customer Service Office, City Hall and other city offices and departments will be closed on Martin Luther King Day (Monday, Jan. 20, 2020) in observance of the holiday.
ATRANS bus service will be open during normal operating hours.
The Martin Luther King holiday week sanitation schedule will run as follows:
• Monday, Jan. 20 – no pickup
• Tuesday, Jan. 21 – Monday’s pickup
• Wednesday, Jan. 22 – Tuesday’s pickup
• Thursday, Jan. 23 – regular pickup
• Friday, Jan. 24 – regular pickup
