Free Sandbag Distribution Continues Tuesday

The City of Alexandria will continue to provide free sandbags for Alexandria residents Tuesday at the self-serve locations at Johnny Downs, Bringhurst Field, Frank O Hunter Park, Cheatham Park and the 911 Alert Center in Martin Park. Elderly and infirm residents may get pre-filled bags at the Consolidated City Compound at 2021 Industrial Park Road from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Tuesday, weather permitting.
