Alexandria, La. (February 24, 2021) — The City Wide boil advisory issued Wednesday, February 17, 2021, is now lifted. Power has been restored to all COA wells and production facilities and system pressure has been restored to normal. The City of Alexandria started the water testing process required to end the current boil advisory on Tuesday, Feb. 23. Testing can take 24-48 hours or longer. Until then, the current boil advisory remains in place. We are no longer asking residents to limit their water use. Thanks to all residents for their help.
