Red River Chorale concert: “Literature and Love”

"Literature and Love" is a concert celebrating expressions of different kinds of love--love of country, love of nature, romantic love, and love of God. It presents fine poetry of such literary masters as William Shakespeare and Robert Frost set to music by recognized composers. Tickets are $15 for adults and $5 for students. The Red River Chorale is Central Louisiana's only selective, auditioned volunteer chorus. It is directed by Dr. Burt Allen, former chairman of the Department of Music at Northwestern State University.
