Alexandria, La. (Jan. 29, 2020) — A Celebration of Life service honoring Mrs. Florice Delores Evans Hall, mother of Alexandria Mayor Jeffrey W. Hall, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at True Vine Missionary Baptist Church, located at 831 Broadway Ave., with the Rev. Solomon Shorter, Sr., officiating.
Mrs. Hall, 89, passed away Monday, Jan. 27. Visitation will be at the church from 8:30 a.m. Friday until time of service. Burial will follow at National Cemetary in Pineville.
